AUTHORIZATION FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION

To Whom It May Concern:

The undersigned have applied for a mortgage loan from First Security Loan Corp. as part of the application process. First Security Loan Corp. may verify information contained in my/our loan application and in other documents required in connection with the loan, either before the loan is closed or as part of its quality control program. I/We authorize you to provide to First Security Loan Corp. any and all information and documentation that they may request. Such information includes, but is not limited to, employment history and income; bank, money market, and similar account balances; credit history; copies of income tax returns, and mortgage payment records and balances.

First Security Loan Corp. may address this authorization to any party named in the loan application. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THIS AUTHORIZATION FROM THE ATTACHED VERIFICATION REQUEST.
