Nancy has been working in the lending industry for the last 15 years, including owning and running her own real estate appraisal company until 1996. She has been originating loans for the last 12 years. Nancy grew up in the Midwest where she attended Indiana University and met her husband of 33 years. They moved to California in 1968 and resided in San Carlos with their two boys for 25 years. Nancy and her husband moved to the Sacramento area in 1996. Nancy is certified by the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center to educate and counsel homebuyers. Nancy has been teaching classes for the SHLCC since 1997.
